ADL Sports Management: Turning Ambition Into Opportunity

ADL Sports Management is a football management and player-pathway company working across the UK, Europe and the USA. Rather than waiting for a scout to make the first call, ADL goes out and builds the relationship first - with academies, clubs, universities and showcase organisers - so a door is already open by the time a player is ready to walk through it.

That approach runs through six connected services: elite showcase events, international football pathways, talent identification, athlete representation, recruitment networks, and long-term player development. It's a deliberately joined-up model - a player coming through ADL isn't just introduced to a club once and left to it, they're supported the whole way through.

One of the clearest examples of that is the Girls Tour 2027, ADL's flagship international showcase built in partnership with Spire Academy. It's designed to give young female footballers genuine exposure in front of professional environments, not just a one-off trip - the kind of structured opportunity that's still too rare in the women's game.

We've also just finished building something new for ADL: the Locker Room, a dedicated players' area on the site. Every signed player will get their own personal portfolio page - built like a player card, with their own photos and match footage - alongside a private space for club news and upcoming events. It's currently in final setup ahead of launch, but the foundation is live.
