What Pulse means for you
Most agencies build you a website and then hear from you again when something has already gone wrong. We built Pulse so that does not happen. It runs on our own hardware, in our own office, and from the day you come on board it is watching your site and keeping your records straight in the background.

- Nothing goes live on its own. Changes to your website are published by a person, deliberately. Pulse can prepare the work and still cannot put it in front of the public.
- Nothing is deleted on a whim. Anything permanent is locked behind a physical security key. If the answer cannot be undone, a human has to be stood there.
- It watches; we decide. Pulse is very good at noticing. What to do about it is a judgement call, and that stays with us.
- You can always just ring us. You are never stuck talking to a machine. Pulse makes us faster - it does not put a wall between you and the person doing your work.
