- We find out within ten minutes and start on it. You are told what happened and what was done about it.
- Is there a limit on changes?
- Each plan includes a number of change requests a month — four on Starter, more as you go up. In practice small tweaks rarely get counted.
- Can I move my existing site to you?
- Usually yes. We will look at it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth moving or worth rebuilding.
