Service
Email & Domain Services
An email address with your own name on it, like you@yourbusiness.co.uk, and your domain looked after for you.

A professional email address on your own domain, with the domain itself properly configured and managed — DNS, security, the lot — so you present a trustworthy, polished image to every customer who emails you.

Domain and email management is part of every plan.
Book Free ConsultationWhat you actually get
- A professional address on your own domain instead of a free webmail one
- Domain registration, renewal and DNS managed so it cannot quietly expire
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail reaches inboxes rather than spam folders
- Mailbox setup on your phone and computer, done with you
- Migration from an existing provider, handled
How it works
- 01
We audit what you have
Where the domain is registered, where mail is hosted, and what is currently authenticating it. Often nobody has looked in years.
- 02
We fix authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC. This is the difference between your quotes arriving and your quotes going to junk.
- 03
We manage it from then on
Renewals, DNS changes and new mailboxes as you hire.
How Pulse helps
Pulse is the software we built to run Dalton Digital. It is why this is a service rather than a handover. See what it does.
Every enquiry saved and sent on
Your contact form writes to a record before it emails anyone, so an enquiry survives even if mail delivery fails.
Nightly checks on the things that break quietly
An expiring certificate or a DNS change that broke your mail gets caught by a nightly check rather than by a customer.
Questions people actually ask
- Will moving email cost me anything?
- The mailboxes themselves are usually billed by Microsoft or Google directly, and that cost is theirs, not ours. The migration and the setup is included.
- Will I lose email during the move?
- No. It is done so that mail keeps flowing throughout — old mailbox stays live until the new one is receiving.
- Why does my mail go to spam?
- Almost always missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. It is fixable, usually in a day.
