Website Redesign & Rebuild Services
You send people to your website, and then you hope they do not look too closely. Website redesign and rebuild services that keep the Google rankings you have earned and fix what is not working.
The offer
What You Get
Your site looks dated. It is slow on a phone. People visit, but they do not ring, fill in a form or book. Every day it stays like that, it is costing you customers. A "refresh" just paints over the same weak foundations: the same slow code, the same layout, the same reasons it was not working. We do not do refreshes.
Redesign or rebuild: they are different bills
A redesign changes how the site looks and reads, on foundations that are sound. A rebuild replaces the foundations because they are not. Which one you need has a real answer, and it is worth knowing before anyone quotes. A tidy, quick site that just looks ten years old is a much smaller job than one weighed down by a page builder, forty plugins and six-second load times.
We will look at what you have and tell you which it is. Sometimes it is neither. A noindex tag left on after the last rebuild, a contact form sending to a dead mailbox, or an empty Google Business Profile is an afternoon's work, not a project. We would rather tell you that than sell you a rebuild.
Keeping what the old site earned
The costliest way to rebuild a website is to launch it on new addresses with no redirects. Every link anyone ever made to you, every ranking the old pages held and every bookmark stops working the same afternoon. Getting it back takes months, if it happens at all.
So every rebuild starts with a list. Which pages bring in visitors and enquiries, what they rank for, and where each one will live afterwards. Redirects are mapped page by page. Schema and canonical tags are set right on the new site. And the sitemap goes to Google Search Console on launch day, not a fortnight later.
What usually needs fixing
The list is nearly always the same. Photos uploaded straight off a phone at four thousand pixels wide. A phone number saved as a picture, not a link you can tap. No headings, so nothing tells Google what the page is about. No schema. Contact forms nobody tested after a hosting move. And words that describe the business instead of answering the question the visitor came with.
Then it has to bring in work
Ranking and turning visitors into customers are two different problems, and a rebuild is the right moment to fix both. That means one obvious next step per page, a phone number at the top of every page, forms short enough to finish standing in a car park, and proof, like real jobs and real reviews, right where people make up their minds.
Who does the work
Dalton Digital is one person and the AI system he built, not an agency. But that is why the price is on the page, and why the person you speak to is the one rebuilding your site. Fill in the contact form and William will reply himself within 24 hours.

Common questions
Website Redesign & Rebuild Services — the questions people actually ask
How much does a website redesign cost?
It runs on the same published plans as a new build, from £20 a month. The prices are on the pricing page. A rebuild is the same work with an extra step at the start. What moves the price is how many pages come across, whether the content can be reused, and how much redirect work the old web addresses need.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done properly, and that comes down to redirects. Every address that has value is pointed at its replacement before launch. The sitemap is sent to Google on the day, and rankings are watched in the weeks after. Sites that lose rankings in a rebuild nearly always lost them to missing redirects, not to the new design.
How long does a redesign take?
Two to four weeks for most small business sites. A rebuild can be quicker than a new build, because the content already exists. Or it can be slower if it all needs rewriting, which, to be honest, it often does.
Can you keep my existing content and images?
Yes, where they are worth keeping. Words that already bring in visitors come across as they are, not rewritten for the sake of it. Photos are usually saved again at sensible sizes, not replaced.
Do I need a full rebuild or just a fix?
Often just a fix, and we will tell you. Plenty of the sites we are sent are sound and just badly set up, which is a much smaller job. Our guide on why a website is not showing on Google shows you how to check the common causes yourself in about five minutes.
Can you rebuild a WordPress site?
Yes. Either as a well-built WordPress site, or moved onto a custom build, depending on what your business needs. Both are covered on the WordPress web design page.
Will the new site be faster?
Almost certainly. On the sites we are asked to rebuild, speed is usually lost to two things: photos that were never shrunk, and a page builder. Both are fixed in how the site is built, not by adding a plugin on top.
