About UltraReach
Reach Poles was started in 2023 by a small team of window cleaners who needed a pole that was light, strong, and did not twist and wear out like the ones they were buying. So they built their own, sold under the UltraReach name.
The site replaced a Shopify store and five separate domains. It is a shop, but it is written the way a window cleaner talks about kit, and it gives power-line safety the same billing as the product.

What they do
Type R
The flagship: Anti-Spin Technology and two insulated sections. Pick the reach, pick how short it packs down for the van.
UltraLight
High-modulus carbon with Anti-Spin clamps — the lightest, stiffest poles they build, for the days that do not end.
Type S
Dependable everyday carbon fibre poles without the Anti-Spin key, at a price that suits a second pole or a starting round.
Gutter Vac
Clamped 51mm kits from 20ft to 40ft, clamped rather than push-fit so nothing creeps under load.
What we built into it
- Every range laid out by length, with its ex-VAT price on the card
- Poles, brushes and genuine spare parts in one shop, replacing their Shopify store
- A full overhead power line safety page, pointing to the Look Up Look Out campaign
- Five old domains consolidated onto one, with permanent redirects that keep the path
- Phone and WhatsApp on every page, because the team answers them
